SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery Range

We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside of this area, please contact our team for detailed support. Please note that remote or hard-to-reach areas may require additional delivery time.

2. Order Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed, we will process and prepare your order within 1-3 business days. Orders are finalized at 6:00 PM each day; if you place an order after this time, your order will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods

We offer standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) with a delivery time of 7-15 business days, after the order has been processed.

A flat shipping fee of $6.99 per order.

Note: Processing times may be longer during major holidays. Delivery times may also be affected by factors such as weather, traffic or other events beyond our control. We will notify you if there are any changes to the estimated delivery time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking code. You can use this code to check the status of your order on the carrier’s website, or track it directly on our website here.

5. Delivery Issues

Delayed Delivery: If your order is delayed or not delivered on time, please contact us for assistance.

Damaged or Lost Orders: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for assistance.

6. Delivery Address

Please provide accurate and complete address information when placing your order. We are not responsible for late or incorrect delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, we will not be able to make changes or cancel your order.
