REFUND AND RETURN
We hope you like the product you ordered! But in case you are not 100% satisfied, we have made the returns process extremely easy.
Most items sold on Xavie.store are returnable, with some exceptions. Please refer to the Returns and Exchanges policy below for specific procedures and conditions.

- Purchased Orders: Requests for returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

5. Refunds

- Ineligible Cases: If the product does not meet the conditions for return, we will contact you and you can choose to return the product or abandon the product without a refund.
